“The product itself is wat I expected but I am very disappointed in the personalization. The visual sample that is shown after entering the names was different from what I actually received. I entered the names according to how they displayed because I wanted them arranged by family. They were actually printed out of order. It's disappointing and frustrating because this is a christmas gift and there isn't tine to correct it before the holiday.”
