“The hat is terrible and I wish I could return it!! Too bad I ordered a hat for my father and my husband!! The hat is so stiff where the personalization is and it looks weird on a person's head because of this!! I'm very disappointed and wish I could have read a review like this before my money "was stolen"!!”
