“Bought this as a Christmas gift for my parents. They love it! I did get concerned because the item was not delivered within the time frame stated. However, when I called and spoke with customer service, they were wonderful. They explained why the delivery was delayed, and I was extremely satisfied with their service and the product. I will continue to shop here.”
