“The only problem I found with it was that usually on your website I can view what the product will look like with the personalization that I choose. I was not able to do that with this. I wanted to see what the different color thread looked like but I was unable to do that,so I just went with the color that was shown. I may have choosen another color but didn't know how it would look. I have been able to do that with other products and it was helpful but I was still very pleased with the way it looks.”
