“I love it! Bought one 3 yrs. ago for our first grandson and had to buy another one for our second grandson! You do have to be careful or you will be billed for shipping, even though the paper ad in the Sunday paper says FREE SHIPPING. I ordered on-line and was charged shipping. I immediately contacted the company, called but no answer, e-mailed and was answered immediately. They asked for the code on the paper ad. Once I gave it to the company,They refunded the $6.99 shipping charge. So I was very pleased with their good customer service.”
