“I was not pleased with the quality of what I received. The word 'engraving' implies texture and something deeper than printed words, I sincerely doubt the 'engraving' on my products was a full millimeter. Also, it did not appear dark as per the reference pictures, but was a light brown color. I understand color will vary in custom products, but this seemed a misrepresentation because it was SO different.”

“I purchased two Stones for family two gravesites. They both are made and engraved with quality that is better than I had even expected. I couldn't say all that needed to be said on the original tombstones. These are an excellent tribute and a fine addition to the sites. Thank you!”
