“I got this for some friends as a Christmas gift. I accidentally messed up the spelling on one of the names. I was able to get ahold of customer service before it got orifices, and they fixed it for me with no hassle. And it still got here in time for Christmas. And the engraving was top quality. I would highly recommend”
