Hopefully, the third time's the charm! :slightly_smiling: Since ordering the wall hangings, I am now awaiting 6 personalized totes. They seem to be taking longer than the wall hangings, which were shipped in a couple of days! Keep sending promo codes for special offers--they made it possible for me to buy 6 totes! :slightly_smiling: I have pasted my previous review below: This is the second time I have tried to submit a review, at your request. The green submit button does not work. I sent this previously: I had ordered 6 wall hangings and they all came out great! I had ordered 4 This is Us Word Art, the Congrats Grad (featured in this email) and the Classroom Rules. Firstly, I want to give a shout out to Connie who helped with a mistake I had made on the Grad one. I was using a promo code which expired soon at midnight and I was rushing on this last one, the last I had created of the 6. It was sort of an afterthought thinking ahead to my nephewâ€™s 2025 graduation. Only thing is, I saw the samples said 2024 (and we are in 2024) and, in my haste, I put the wrong year! I tried calling immediately, but it was after hours on Friday and no weekend hours. I called first thing Monday, thinking nothing could be done, but I received wonderful help from Connie. She was able to correct 2024 to 2025! Not only was customer service amazing, but I would also like to mention that these wall hangings were created and delivered so very quickly! One suggestion, though, of how these are packed for shipment. I was disappointed to see that the wall hangings were all folded! I donâ€™t know if these may be ironed or steamed? After checking all of them, rather than folding, I simply rolled each one and placed the wrought iron hanger in the center of each. I placed them all in the original shipping bag and they fit fine. 5 are Christmas gifts (the grad is in June). I will have to see if the folds relax by then. Thank you, again!
