“This item had to be redone over because the picture came out very blurry on the first one. Your customer service representative Brenda helped to get this item redone for me it if wasn’t for her it would have never happened. It came out beautiful the second time and I was very pleased with it. Thank you to Brenda for all her help assisting with getting this urn done over for me.”
