“I love your items. The cookie jar that I ordered sent to my daughter for her birthday arrived broken. She said that it was packed poorly. I called and your customer service person was so helpful. A replacement cookie jar is on its way to my daughter and I am hoping that it arrives intact. I ordered a number of items at Christmas time and am sure that I will be ordering in the future. Thank you”
