“This was my second rug I ordered. I was disappointed when the rug arrived and I discovered it was pink instead of tan, as pictured. However, I contacted customer service, provided them with a photo, and they are now shipping the replacement item in a very timely manner, at no additional cost. I was very happy with the service.”
