Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback. We are in the process of changing our Warehouse & Packaging, so these processes will all be improved. It's a hard balance between being as sustainable as possible and ensuring fragile product isn't broken on delivery, we get feedback on both ends of the spectrum - we are innovating every day!
