“I purchased sample bottles before placing a larger order, and unfortunately the quality was not suitable for a premium product. Across all three samples I received, there were noticeable finishing issues. The coating appeared inconsistent and uneven, suggesting a sprayed finish that was not applied uniformly. There were visible paint marks on the caps and residue on the bottoms of the bottles. The white bottle showed the most issues, including inconsistent spray coverage and splotching around the rim. The clear bottle had visible speckling in the coating that made it look flawed. The black bottle hid some of the problems better due to the darker color, but the coating still appeared uneven. For businesses looking for a high-end presentation for direct-to-consumer products, these samples did not meet that standard. That said, I’m glad I ordered samples first before committing to a larger purchase.”

Sampling is exactly the right approach when evaluating glass containers for a project. Our bottles are produced through a machine-blown manufacturing process and finished with applied coatings. Because of this production method, minor variations in coating and finishing can occur and are considered normal within this category of glass packaging. Many of our customers use these containers successfully for a wide range of candle, fragrance, and home product lines. We understand that certain projects require extremely tight cosmetic tolerances, which are typically achieved through specialty production runs with higher minimum quantities and significantly higher unit costs.
