“Placed my order of 6x1 Treated Timber - 4800mm (16ft), was told that this was out of stock but I can have 10 of a smaller size or would I like to request a refund.I messaged back saying the smaller size would be fine, 2 weeks pass and I sent a message asking when will I receive my order only to be told we are really sorry but the order was cancelled by them despite my agreement for the alternative size. I will not use this company again, very disappointed with the way they handled my order and their communication to me.”
