“I received complementary pumps for my shampoo and conditioner since there was an issue with the original pumps. They had apparently already shipped it to the address where the shampoo and conditioner were sent to. They were kind enough to mail another set of extra pumps to a different address since I live in Canada. They told me I could keep the extra set. Awesome customer service!”
