“The first one that I bought wouldn’t rise when twisting the twist mechanism, which meant it couldn’t be used. I reported this and the company sent a new one quickly. The second one had the same problem, and therefore I never got to use it. I didn’t report it the second time, or at least not yet, so it was a complete waste of a lot of money. Such a huge disappointment.”

“This is quite effective but I can't really use the amount that I need for it to fully work because it makes my hair feel awful and ends up being SO greasy.”

“I got this for my bride to tame all her baby hairs that are regrowing after growing through a medical condition. The product works well but the applicator is exactly how a stick of deodorant works when you spin a wheel at the bottom to move a a drive shaft that moves a lift up and down thus making the product available to use. Well, the wheel on the one we purchased spins all day but the lift doesn't want to move and when I was troubleshooting the issue I found that the lift was disconnected from the drive that is connected to the wheel. Now whether my bride did this or not I cannot confirm. But to adapt and overcome the issue we have since elected to manually remove the product from the applicator utilizing either the back side of a pair of tweezers or a nail. She wouldn't let me melt the product down and transfer it to a Tupperware storage container because that was "too much". Sorry for the taking a long way are the barn. But the product works well and she appreciates it. So, 5/5 stars for the product and 3/5 for the product applicator.”
