“The first one that I bought wouldn’t rise when twisting the twist mechanism, which meant it couldn’t be used. I reported this and the company sent a new one quickly. The second one had the same problem, and therefore I never got to use it. I didn’t report it the second time, or at least not yet, so it was a complete waste of a lot of money. Such a huge disappointment.”
