“This is my first time using Creatine. I like to mix it with the vanille whey and drink it with water/milk or in a smoothie. The Creatine is flavorless, so it's very easy to mix with anything. Can't say anything specifically about the effect yet, but I'm very curious to how it will help me improve as an athlete”

Hi Cathelijne, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for the cell storage to be completely saturated, but after that time you will definitely see that performance increase at the end of your workouts / training sets!
