Hi Joyce, please send an email to hola@goprimal.eu so we can send you a new shaker for the damaged one. For sure, all products leave our warehouse in perfect condition but sometimes the road is bumpy, the carrier doesn’t pay attention while loading the goods and so on…..some stuff where we don’t have an impact - but as I wrote before, an new shaker to make you happy again won’t be a big deal for us!
