“I was so excited to have my face wash arrive and was disappointed when it arrived with a crack in the ring of the cap. The face wash had mostly leaked out. I emailed the company and got a VERY quick response. Without hesitation they sent out a replacement product. I know accidents happen and I'm sure this was a rare occurrence. As for the product, I love it so far. My face feels clean and fresh without the overdrying and tightness many other cleansers have. The scent is light and clean. As someone prone to adult acne and breakouts, I have to be very careful about which products I use on my skin. I am glad to report that I have absolutely no irrigation!”
“I am very happy with this face cleanser. It is gentle on my oily/combination/sensitive skin and makes my face feel nice and clean. It doesn't have much of a scent to it, which makes sense as no artificial fragrances are included in the product. A little bit goes a long way - it lathers up nicely. I love that the ingredients are natural. I would definitely recommend this face cleanser. If it works for my awful skin type, it should work for anybody!”
