I reported to your firm that the wrong batterys had been sent I was told by your firm it tock ( 2 weeks for you to tell that you did not sell NP - 120 )
batterys ,I was not told this at time of ordering NP - 120 , I was told I had ordered NP-120 this size dose not fit my gear .your firm change my order with out telling me . Sean .”
