“it keeps the coffee hot. I'm not someone that can drink my coffee right from the pot. Now, my wife, she can do that. Not me, it will burn the inside of my mouth. It has to cool for a bit before i can drink it. But the 12 oz mug is not so big that once it gets to that proper temperature, that the last few ounces will be cold and bitter. It keeps it at a nice temperature.”
