“These are really soft in fabric and lovely colour - however am rating a 3 because the fit was really way off for an 8 that I tried on - very baggy. And I am a size 10 often in pants. Went and bought a 6, which then even on the tightest button and adjustment were still too big. Sized down 2 sizes so found this really surprising. Like the pockets and other things I mentioned to get them altered professionally and now they fit better. Service was really nice too. Recommend sizing down.”

“I love my new overalls! Just the right amount of flexibility in the fabric for kneeling and bending constantly. Very comfortable and quite flattering - I wore them happily while walking the dog around the neighbourhood. I was a bit confused about the sizing as each measurement on the chart told me to get a different size! I was very grateful for a quick reply from Green Hip on FB Messenger, and the advice was right! I am a short and curvy size 14 normally, and the size 14 overalls fit me perfectly around the legs, body and bust. The legs are long but stay up fine when I pull my boots on. I did have to tighten the shoulder straps absolutely all the way (and could've gone even further if it were possible) for my short torso, so the crotch does hang a little low but it's not uncomfortable. I think this will be better in Winter when I'm wearing more under them! I've washed them a couple of times and the fabric does pick up a bit of lint - but they are workwear, after all!”

“I love my overalls and happily work outside all day in these without any need to fiddle and fuss with the garment. For heat I just throw a singlet on and can adjust layers up and down easily all day. Lots of pockets and the zipper pouch on the front often has my to do list in it. I bought a size 14 and it was a perfect fit - just the right size around the middle and the pants are long enough that I can wear them cuffed or uncuffed. Even my fella looked at them with envy when he was recently messing about trying to get his overalls straps right. If they were available in more colours I would buy them today!”

“There was a slight delay in the order (which they let us know and gave us a free hat which I love!)
I do wish the front pouch was a tiny bit bigger. If I'm working on something I tend to want to put my phone there! but it isn't quite big enough.
I love these, they are so comfy. It's a bit of an art getting them on... as the straps are quite short, but I'm getting better at it.
They have good 'breast width coverage' as having tried on some male ones in the past, they usually aren't wide enough and look a bit strange/silly where Greenhips ones look great.
I'm completely happy to wear them out and about, even sneaking into a hipster bar for my hipster craft beer... :)”

“These are not only the best overalls I've ever found, they're among the best garments I've ever found! They are SO comfy, with such softness and just the right amount of stretch, but hardy enough for landscaping my very prickly bushland garden. Based on the size charts, I was showing as a 14 on top and an 18-20 on the bottom, but went with a size 16 based off garment measurements from another pair of pants I own. I definitely could have sized down to a 14, though, as they are still quite baggy around the waist, but I'll probably put in another couple of extra buttons to fix that. I could have exchanged them, but I was too excited to wear them when they arrived. If (when!) I get another pair, I'll buy the smaller size. Thank you, Green Hip!”

Hi Anne, thank you for sharing your feedback and bringing this to our attention. We will be sure to update the product with pocket details. There are seven pockets all up on our 'All Women' Overalls. Two front and two back pockets, one cargo pocket on the LHS leg with an inclosed zipper pocket above the pocket and a chest pocket on the bib with an enclosed zipper.
