“I ordered these shorts in January, the website advised they had stock so I placed an order and money was taken from my account. Numerous weeks later I sent multiple emails and tried to call to ask where the shorts were and got no response until finally over 2 months later I got a response saying they were out of stock and asked if I wanted to continue with my order or wanted a refund. I advised no, and that I had sourced the shorts elsewhere and asked for a refund. This never happened, no money was returned and my email was ignored and now, 6 months since my original order, they turn up. I'm sure the shorts themselves are fine but the ordering process and the lack of communication has left me unsatisfied.”
