“I purchased a pair of these loafers and had to return as one shoe was faulty and didn’t fit properly. there was no problem with getting a replacement pair from Greenes who were very accommodating . However the replacement pair are still not quite right. Its the left shoe on both pairs and is a manufacturing fault. The left shoe seems wider and it’s as if they were made on a different assembly line. I don’t think I’d purchase Tommy Bowe shoes again. I will continue to shop with Greenes as I’ve purchased a few times with them and find them very efficient and great selection and delivery is fast. This is first time I haven’t been entirely satisfied but I was offered and accepted a 20% reduction. Sorry this isn’t more positive but it’s no reflection on Greenes who I’ll continue to shop with.”
