“Sadly, I have to say I think the quality of the lids is really poor. They seem to be very thin/flimsy and although they fit on our 12oz cups they look like they don't fit particualrly well which has led to me to repeatedly checking after every coffee has been made. Unfortunately, our customers have also noticed we are using different lids.”
