“Been waiting since the 25th when the order was meant to be a next day delivery, however this was changed to the 28th - which I was okay with. The order still hasn’t arrived and I haven’t even been given a new delivery date and it’s now the third. Was told I need to just “wait” for the order by customer service who refuse to give a refund even though I haven’t even been provided with a delivery date or even an update.”
