“I received 10 mugs the mugs themself were in great shape, however one of the mugs had a name misspelled it. I contacted them the following morning and they had a new one shipped to me the next day. Great customer service! ,”
“Couldn’t be anymore happier, they are perfect with no flaws in glass or etching, arrived really fast, also were spelt correctly. Will recommend to others”
