“Overall, these will be fine for my groomsmen, however, out of the first set of monogrammed/ etched boxes, there were a couple that did not have clean lines at all and so I had to reorder (free of charge) two new ones. They need to be looked over carefully before sending to the client. The other thing I'd change if I could would be to make the watch "pillows" slightly larger and wider, as the watches wiggle around and do not stay in place. Decent customer service, but again, you get what you pay for.”
