“Let’s being with the fact that it took FOREVER for these to show up. First of all I ordered them in the middle of May. They said 3-5 days to make then ship. I got an email they shipped, at 10 days in. And they showed up the DAY before the wedding....and they DID NOT have the engravings on them. And then at that point it was too late to return them and try and fix them. I also got 0 feedback from the company when I asked about the order. Finally I got a response, THE DAY THEY ARRIVED, saying that it was a delay in postage because of COVID. This was after asking for a refund, they gave me an actual response. This was all made worse because I ordered a second gift from GroomsShop and that one was ordered a week later and it showed up a week before the first order. 1/5 would not recommend.”
