“The Entrance Pull Handle is great. However, the way that it is packed and SEALED to send in the post needs improvement as the sticky tape that held one end of the box closed was delivered to me opened and the bolts to actually put the handle onto the door had fallen out during transport and were not in the box. Please in future secure all packaging with more care.”
