“I have still not received my order 7 days after the tracking service stating it has been delivered to my address. I have had zero corresponding emails back from yourselves or DPD. So disappointing especially as it was a Christmas present. Would not recommend & would like a full refund.”

The prints are easy to collect with the kit that was delivered to my home and even easier to upload by photo using my mobile phone. I love how hassle free the entire process was. I was contacted by a customer service agent who helped me resolve a tiny issue I had with my prints being the wrong way round. The actual necklace is beautiful and my wife loves it. A high quality product that can be kept and treasured forever.”
