I was emailed a proof of what the necklace would look like as I was a little unsure that my inscription on the reverse of the necklace would appear how I imagined. They also used a photograph of my dogs paw, rather than me try to get a print (not so easy with my little fella). The necklace arrived when promised and it's just what I wanted. “The process was very straightforward, but the cloth to wipe the dog's paw with the special coating wasn't easy to apply, seemed too dry, and getting a good quality imprint on the special paper wasn't easy either. but the end result is fantastic (good job i supplied a close up photo of the paw i think).”

We are sorry to hear that you found the print taking process a little difficult, we do find that due to the drier texture of dog paws, the inkless wipes do leave a fainter print than we would find with hand or footprints.
