“I received my locket beautifully packaged ahead of the estimated delivery date given when ordering. An additional lovely touch was a card with the paw print used to create the jewellery. The locket is beautiful. I am delighted with it. The only negative is I don't see how the chain is adjustable in length. I unfortunately ordered the 24 inch one and have had to change it. Would highly recommend”

“The print and engraving are very lovely, and gives great comfort for a much loved pet. The clasp is a little difficult at time to link to the chain. The customer service, communication and e-mails received, including the necklace all being exceptional service and in a timely manor. Thank you.”
