“The charm has been purchased for my daughter-in-law’s Birthday and it has a hand print of her one year old daughter. Taking the hand print was quite easy although I did get my husband (Grandad) to help. The process was all quite simple and it arrived nicely packaged. I am pleased with it but haven’t given it as a gift yet, but think it will be well received.”
