“The Item arrived damaged with scratches and wasn’t the level of quality expected. Unfortunately the customer service team and managing director showed very little empathy towards my disappointment and whilst offered me a refund the gift was intended for a bespoke and sentimental leaving present and it was too late to get a replacement. When I suggested having a partial refund and being able to keep the gift, the team were very inflexible and operated with no emotional intelligence or pragmatism. Needless to say, I’m disappointed - particularly as I have been a customer for over three years.”

“Great service and communication as alwaysKept up to date with the whole process throughout.Slightly smaller than my first key ring purchase and different style ring on the chain, which I was a bit disappointed with as I have them both side by side tied to my jewellery box handle with ribbon....so I can see them everyday.... but the quality and finish are just as excellent as the first one I bought...Love the idea of these... thank you”
