“I had to contact Hand on Heart because I was unable to return the prints within the suggested timeframe. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and understanding , she said she had made a note and said to return them when I was able. When I did upload the prints I received the cufflinks far sooner than I expected. The cufflinks are perfect and my son, who I bought them for is over the moon. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely recommend Hand on Heart and will use again. Very reasonably priced too.”
