“We were heartbroken at the prospect of losing our lovely Labrador Woody to cancer so we wanted something to remember him by. We loved the idea of having some jewellery as a keep sake and were delighted to find Hand on Heart who would use his actual paw print. Having received the kit and taken the print, it was a bit smudged so we were worried but the team came back to us really quickly with a cleaned up proof which was just perfect. We ordered a dog tag, locket and a key ring each and we were delighted with them when they arrived. They are very good quality.
