“From the moment I ordered my necklace, I was kept updated of the process. I received it today and I absolutely love it. I ordered a necklace which has my dads fingerprint on one side and signature on the other. It’s a locket type so I am also going to put his ashes in. It is absolutely beautiful and I will never take it off. It was also beautifully presented in a box with instructions on how to add ashes and how to look after the jewellery. “Great and speedy service. Very comforting to have mum close to me at all times. My only criticism would be that the surface of the locket doesn't wear well. It's already scratched. Still, as long as the fingerprint and engraved message are still visible, I'm happy.”
