“From order to delivery. No problem at all. I opened it and WOW its beautiful, I just stared at it for a while.it was easy to open, easy to fill and very secure when its shut.It is a little bit heavy (with and without ashes) however its not going to be worn every day, just special occasions when I want my mother with me. and I know it is there, so when I feel upset or worried. I know I can just hold it and Mam will help me through it. x”
