“My experience with HOH has been excellent. I lost my little dog a few weeks back and knowing that I could create such beautiful jewellery to remember her with was so special and important. The staff at HOH were just beyond helpful. They were on the other end of emails and phone calls answering questions about the tiniest little details which were so important for me to get things right. The only quibble I had was that the process of sending scanned pawprints etc wasn't totally clear on the website. I was expecting to send them through with the order but in fact that happened afterwards and instructions came in the email after the order. This could have been my grief-filled confusion but also I think it could have been slightly clearer on the website. One last thing: the website is so beautiful and just nice to look at, despite the sadness involved. Thank you.”
