“Absolutely fantastic start to finish I haven't seen the necklace in person it was a gift for my mum but she is over the moon with it she says it's very beautiful and obviously very precious I was kept updated at all times and service was relatively quick it was beautifully packed my mum says she's going to treasure the whole thing not just the necklace....
