Engraving was done wonderfully however the heart pendant had a few scratches.. when I messaged HOH they were very apologetic and sent out a newly engraved pendant for free within a few days. “From the start the customer service was second to none. All my emails were answered promptly and any questions were answered throughly. I sent prints that I already had which they confirmed I could use. The whole process was hassle free which is always a bonus. When my necklace arrived I was overwhelmed at the detail. It was amazing. This is my second necklace from hand on heart as I received a “Time stood still” necklace as a gift last year. I love both of them equally but I will admit since getting my new necklace I have worn it everyday. Cannot recommend this company enough. I am now currently thinking of my next item as they are all so lovely”
