“The chain for my pendant lost the small link that goes to the clasp when I took it off to shower. Fortunately my pendant was safe. I contacted hand on heart jewellery saying what had happened and sent them a picture. Within a couple of days, it was a Friday when I sent my e-mail, they contacted me and arranged to send a replacement. This I received very quickly.
