“We purchased two Ashes Urn Circle Necklaces for loved ones close to Christmas, unfortunately, there was a slight issue with one of the items, so we reached out to Hand of Heart via email, and after explaining what the issue was, Lucy very promptly emailed us back with a solution and all was well, the Christmas gift was able to be given with no further issues.. very seldom will you come across a company that will offer great service, absolutely very happy with the items we received and especially more than happy with the warm and understanding customer service Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled, Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money.
