“My experience was outstanding from start to finish, I dealt with their customer service team on two occasions. Firstly because my one dog was being extremely dramatic when taking his prints, so I wanted to check his print was ok before submitted. Secondly because the necklace was for my mum and she decided to go on holiday last minute (which was 8 days before my estimated delivery date) the customer service team said they would put a note on my order, and try to get it to me before my mum went away. The necklace arrived 3 days later :) .I was blown away when I opened the necklace, absolutely outstanding!!! The prints were so accurate (plus a lot tidier as they got rid of smudge marks/ hair marks etc). This necklace is something my mum will cherish & puts a smile on her face every time she puts it on. Hand on heart is a beautiful unique company & their items is something you can’t put a price on. I will 100% be returning to purchase more”
