“I changed the necklace that the pendent goes. The pendent is lovely. Personal engraving. Easy to fill at home which was a bonus as alot of places want you to send the ashes off. The team have been just lovely to contact. Very helpful, kind and understand that it is a difficult time.”

“Service was efficient. The lockets I ordered were fine and the engraving was good. However the lockets were let down by the cheap and nasty chains supplied with them. I will have to seek other chains before gifting these lockets to my stepdaughters. How disappointing.”
