“Beautiful piece of jewellery, with the added bonus of it being urn jewellery. I lost my father just before Xmas last year and have taken a long time searching for the perfect necklace, so much so, I purchased two pieces of jewellery from Hand on Heart. The necklace is exactly how it looks in the pictures, this o would say is an every day necklace. The presentation boxes are lovely, so well made and perfect for storing my necklace in, I didn’t expect something so nice, especially as there was no additional charge for this.
The only negative I can say, is that it didn’t come in a shorter option, which I feel would have suited me better. That said, I am still over the moon with it.”

“I had a lot of trouble with the tiny screw, mainly finding a suitable screwdriver. When I found one that was thin enough, the blade didn’t go the whole length of the screw. Undoing it wasn’t too bad but it was very difficult to put back as the screw thread kept getting crossed then the screw fell on the floor and, of course, I didn’t want to end up tipping out the contents. The screw is in temporarily but not secure enough to wear; it will have to wait for the recipient to tighten it fully. I suggest you include an appropriate screwdriver in the kit.”
