“I bought this necklace for my granddaughter after she lost her Mummy (my Daughter).She loves it and wears it everyday even though wearing jewellery is forbidden at her school but she keeps it tucked under her school blouse during the school day! However, there is one small matter I'd like to raise (not a critisism) - with her small fingers and my arthritic fingers, we found the chain fastener difficult to open. I solved this problem by attaching a small magnetic faster to both ends of the chain and now she can open/close it so easily. (might it be something to consider for future sales??)”

We would just kindly mention that if any alternative fastenings are added, such as magnetic clasps, we would ask that these are securely attached (for example with a safety chain), as changes to the fittings aren’t covered under our warranty.
