Mistakes happen but it's what you do after and Hansen's customer service came thru. Just wish I had written down the young lady's name who helped. But thank you! BTW, it was the first mistake ever for Hansen.”
“Great purchase. Warm, easy to get in and out. Zipper works well. Have had expensive and cheaper suits over the years with mixed results. One year I got the most expensive suit on the rack and it was difficult to put on and off. Went back to cheaper suits that had zipper problems after a few months. Will see how this works in time. But now it’s perfect. Hansen’s service was impeccable. Fast, efficient service. Thank you!”
